Nowadays, many headlines have hit the news concerning anxiety, depression, psychological disorders and more but, I believe happiness is everywhere and easily accessible. For instance, a chat with a friend, a glimpse of an interesting photograph or even just listening to a catchy song, as easy as that.
We are too occupied to feel happy. Cyber networking is undoubtably growing at an alarming rate and slowly became irreplaceable in our lives. However, it makes us unaware of the little things all around us. We care too much about how many “likes” we gain and how many people we’ve been chatting with. We are simply too busy looking for traits of others’ opinions on us online at a point where we abandon all the little things that leads to our enjoyment and fulfilment. So here you are, reaching the end of the paragraph and I urge you to take a good look at the fluffy animal in the photo and try to resist the loveliness of it. Take a break from social networks and go get a drink with a friend, face to face. In such you may realise happiness is just around the corner, waiting for you to spread it.
