Walking by a gloomy lane on a Sunday afternoon, I saw what was just an empty street with gentrified boutique shops along with rundown bazzars . But, as soon as a single light panel was switched on, the whole street's mood and atmosphere changed completely from dark and gloomy to bright and lively. It is fascinating how even a small change in a system or an environment could change it all, for the good or for the bad.
